Every year for the last several years, I have been honored to speak in front of incredible women military veterans, who are taking part in Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE).
V-WISE is a premier training program in entrepreneurship and small business management operated by the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University. It is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the generous philanthropic support of corporate and foundation partners nationwide. V-WISE helps women veterans and female military spouses/partners find their passion and learn the business savvy skills necessary to turn an idea or start-up into a growing venture. The three-phases of the program include a 15-day online course (Phase I), 3-day entrepreneurship training event (Phase II), and ongoing mentorship, training and support opportunities for graduates launching or growing their business (Phase III).
V-WISE is open to all women veterans, active duty female service members and female partners/spouses of active service members and veterans who share the goal of launching and growing a sustainable business venture.
I encourage you to learn more about V-WISE by visiting their website [here](http://vwise.vets.syr.edu/).

Thanks, Neale for sharing your story!
Neale you were so real! Loved it! You gave me permission 😊Thank you!
You’re an inspiration!
Neale you showed me that being a woman and be frank about my opinions no matter who they are is better than ok. We get to be all that we are and shine bright so others can find the strength to do the same. I’m looking forward to the great conversations we will be having on this forum
Neale; Thank you for your ground breaking work, for your mentoring, for your sage advise, for your ongoing assistance to so many women (and men) vet (and spouse) entrepreneurs. Mostly thank you for showing the way to so many Americans, is a privilege to know you. Bill
Heres my question, how do I double our retirements funds while the wife and I continue to spend?
